This week was our best week ever as anticipated. We received good amount of dividends and reinvested the money. We also reached our this year's target, so we wont track our progress against it anymore. We updated our graphs to show next year's target. We do have quite job ahead to meet the target.
This week we received following dividends:

- 18,99 € from Whitestone REIT
- 33,97 € from Aktia Bank
- 3,69 € from Keurig DrPepper
- 11,26 € from Exchange Income
- 21,52 € from Realty Income
- 23,64 € from Algonquin Power & Utilities
- 35,82 € from Cardinal Health Inc
- 42,91 € from Leggett & Platt
- 46,77 € from Spirit Realty Capital
Total amount of dividends was 1161,80 €. If only we could receive this amout every week!
We made following transactions this week.
- bought 35 shares of Kemira @13,63229 €. This will increase our 2022 dividends by 15,12 €
- bought 5 shares of Capman @14,09 €. This will increase our 2022 dividends by 0,70 €
- bought 12 shares of Sampo @45,33917 € This will increase our 2022 dividends by 20,40 €
All the expected dividends are only our guesstimations.
For next year our indicative prediction shows that currently we are 720 € short from our goal. To increase our dividends without dividend increases would mean that we have to invest 20 000 - 30 000 € new capital to meet the target.
