End of the Q3/2021

Last quarter of the year 2021 has started and it is time to look backwards. Our portfolio grew well in Q3 despite the challenging last 1,5 months. Also we had a bit more cash left in investment portfolio than usual. Investment loans went down slightly faster than planned. For the last 2 years COOPS have had declining interest, and most of them do not pay interest at all anymore. That's why we are considering taking money out from them.

Another investment loan had its due day, and another one has it on next week. So this week we paid back 213 € principal and 2,37 € interests and fees.

We made only one purchase this week. We bought 27 shares of  A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund @37,50519 CAD. This purchase will increase our 2022 income approximately by 28 €.

This week we received following dividends:

The 0,15 € from Main Street Capital is dividend from August which our bank failed to transfer to our account on time.

Total dividends in September were  631,92 €. And first day of October accumulated 56,40 € dividends. Our bank failed to deliver Pepsi and HSBC dividend on time. Dividend from Pepsi is still missing and HSBC came 1 day late.
