This week was pretty good one. We received quite nice amount of dividends and made few purchases with dividends received. Our portfolios' first dividend increase came this week. Blackrock raised dividend by 18%, which means approximately 35 € increase to our year 2022 dividends.
We made following purchases:
- 7 shares of Main Street Capital @44,4628 USD. This will increase our 2022 income by 11 €
- 4 shares of Keurig DrPepper @38,7251 USD. This will increase our 2022 income by 1,64 €
- 1 share of Abbvie @133,67 USD. This will increase our 2022 income by 3,12 €
- 1 share of Coca Cola @61,53 USD. This will increase our 2022 income by 1,20 €.
So total amount of 2022 dividends increased this week was 51,96 €. Pretty good increase.
We received following dividends:
- 19,22 € from Whitestone Reit
- 15,27 € from Pepsico
- 16,63 € from Main Street Capital
- 2 shares of Apollo Investment Corp worth 22,55 €
- 10,45 € as a remainder from Apollo Investment Corp DRIP
- 11,27 € from Exchange Income
- 22,76 € from Realty Income
- 31,38 € from Algonquin Power Utilities
- 43,44 € from Leggett & Platt
- 47,25 € from Spirit Realty Capital
Total amount of dividends received this week was 240,22 €, which is really good amount. Some of Main Street Capital dividends failed to arrive on time. In 2022 we have now received 296,59 € passive income.
