Last weekend we were not at home and that's why we did not update the blog.
Here are some news regarding our portfolio:
- Manulife Financial will pay extra 0,05 CAD dividend at last dividend payment this year. This will increase our 2021 dividend income approximately by 7,70 €
- Main Street Capital increased the monthly dividend by 2,4%, This will increase our 2022 dividend income approximately by 10,95 €.
- Main Street Capital will also pay 0,1 € extra dividend in December. This will increase our 2021 dividend income approximately by 18,20 €
- Simon Property Group increased dividend by 10%. This will add approximately 12,71 € to our 2022 dividend income
- Abbvie increased dividend by 8,5%. This will add approximately 11,60 € to our 2022 dividend income
We made a few small purchases in this 2 weeks period:
- 4 shares of Sampo @46,4875 €
- 10 shares of Merus Power @8,939 €
- 50 shares of Trainer's House @0,8788 €
These purchases will increase our dividend income approximately by 7 €.
During the last week of October we received following dividends:
- 13,80 € from LTC Properties
- 1 share of Main Street Capital, worth of 36,72 €
- -2,38 € taxes from Main Street Capital Drip
- 21,64 € from Clime Capital
- 2,39 € from A&W Revenue Royalties
- 8 € from Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund
- 13,87 € from Transalta Renewables
- 0,27 € from Gladstone Commercial Reit
- 0,27 € from Cibus Nordic
- 0,54 € from Gladstone Investment Corporation BDC
Total amount of dividends was 95,12 € in last week of October and 1466,21 € for whole month.
On first week of November it was time to make our investment loan payments. We paid back 495 € principal and 16,98 € interests and fees.
On the first week of November we received following dividends
- 10,15 € from Kemira
- 46,94 € from Verizon Communications
- 42,86 € from Telia
Total amount of dividends in November is now 99,95 €.
