This week was pretty quiet dividendwise. So we spent some time restructuring our portfolios. We sold some of the tiny positions and increased some others. The reason for this is upcoming increase of the transaction fees by our bank. This way we can keep our transactional fees reasonable. This price increase is inconvienient, since it was very nice to be able to reinvest dividends right away and get new companies "under the radar" by buying them to portfolio.
This week we also approved Brookfield Infrastructure Partners offer of buying Inter Pipeline. We opted for receiving BIPC shares instead of cash. Unfortunately we will lose one of our monthly paying stocks.
We made following transactions (prices includes fees):
- SOLD 10 shares of Stellantis @17,77 €, we realised 35,59 € profit
- SOLD 120 shares of Tesco @ 2,4132 £, we realised 10,15 € profit
- BOUGHT 6 shares of Main Street Capital @42,8846 USD.
- BOUGHT 5 shares of Nordea @10,274 €
- BOUGHT 5 shares of British American Tobacco @27,41454 £
- BOUGHT 1 share of Exxon Mobil Corp @58,5295 USD
- BOUGHT 189 shares of Algonquin Power Utilities @19,98646 CAD
Net effect to the dividend income in 2022 is approximately 87,87 €.
We received following dividends:
- 18,75 € from Whitestone REIT
- 1,48 € from Main Street Capital
- 11,00 € from Exchange Income
- 33 shares of Vodafone worth of 46,61 €
Total amount of dividends received this week was 77,84 € and total in August so far is 167,28 €.
