Our portfolio grows to right direction. We pay back our investment loans marginally faster than planned. The reason for this is that we like to round up the loan payments to nice even numbers. The value of shares has developed in the right direction.
This week we paid our monthly investment loan installments. We paid 22,51 € interests and fees and 503,05 € principal.
We did made some purchases:

- 17 shares of Citycon @7,28235 €
- 1 share of Coca-Cola @54,80 €
- 2 shares of Cibus Nordic @206,444 SEK
- 10 shares of Whitestone REIT @8,309 USD
- 2 shares of Lumen Technologies @13,8168 USD
These purchases will increase our 2021 dividend income approximately by 35 €.
This week we received following dividends;

- 22,96 € from Coca-Cola
- 1,74 € from Methanex
- 13,54 € from Transalta Renewables Inc
- 15,62 € from Citycon
- 7,48 € from Cibus Nordic
- 14,59 € Pepsico
- 18,00 € from Telus Corporation
- 37,81 € National Australia Bank
- 0,26 € from Gladstone Commercial REIT
- 0,49 € from Gladstone Investment Corporation BDC
This totals up to 150,67 €. This means that total dividend income in June was 710,16 € which is second best in 2021 so far and almost double what we received in June 2020. July dividends are now at 150,50 €.
