This week was a good one. We received bunch of dividends and reinvested them together with some new cash. This week we bought 22 shares of Sampo @ 40,905 €. Some of those went to tax advantaged account and rest to normal accounts. These purchases will increase our 2021 dividend income by 35,67 €
We received following dividend:
- 17,89 € from Whitestone REIT
- 0,92 € from Apple Hospitality REIT
- 2,86 € from Keurig DrPepper
- 4,16 € from Apollo Investment Corp
- 6,82 € from Inter Pipeline ltd
- 10,77 € from Exchange Income
- 20,77 € from Realty Income
- 34,37 € from Cardinal Health Inc
- 39,62 € from Leggett & Platt
- 44,44 € from Spirit Realty Capital
This week we received 182,62 € dividends, which is really good amount for us. So far we have received 345,01 € in April. We estimate that we will fall about 60 € behind our target pace. This is expected as our first month of quarter is usually weakest. We are expecting May to be our 2nd best month in 2021 and October to be our best month.
