June ended and July started. We did not reach the monthly target of 442 € in June. The week was pretty active, as usual at start of the month. We made old investment loan payment 213€ principal and 2,98 € interest and fees. New investment loan payback will start in August.
On the last day of June we received following dividends:
- 2,07 USD from Methanex which is approximately 1,87 €.
- 19,97 CAD from Transalta Renewables Inc which is approximately 12,97 €.
- 10,05 € from LTC Properties
On the first day of July we received following dividends:
- 2,97 € from Genuine Parts Company
- 20,10 € from Coca-Cola Company
- 14,65 € from Pepsico
On Thursday we received 24,17 € from Iron Mountain Inc and on Friday we received 30 AUD from National Australia Bank Ltd which is approximately 18,50 €.
As we received dividends, we reinvested some of them. On Thursday we bought 45 AT&T @30,20 USD. This will increase our year 2020 dividend income approximately by 30 €.
Our June dividend income was 394,22 € and July is currently 80,39 €. In total we have collected 2687,39 € out of 5300€ which is 50,71% of our target.We should have collected 51,92% so far. We are little behind our pace.
As quarter ended we took a snapshot of our portfolio. Our portfolio suffered from corona significantly and has not yet recovered. Our portfolio has lost compared to sp500 index. Our gross investment portfolio is now at all time high and Net investment portfolio is also decent.
