3rd week of June

This week was pretty active. As we raised new investment loan, we had some extra money to invest. At the same time we reinvested most of the received dividends that was left. First we list the weekly dividends and then new investments.

Main Street Capital paid dividends on 15th of June but we have not receive them yet. We sent inquery to the bank. These are way too common incidents nowadays. Rest of the dividends received on 15th of June as follows:
On 16th of June we received 28,25 € dividends from Duke Energy.

And now to the new investments. On Tuesday we bought 140 shares of Genworth MI Canada @35,25 CAD. This is a new position in our portfolio. We are expecting this to increase our this year dividend income by 128 €. We also bought more risky position, 100 shares of Spirit Realty Capital Inc @37,45 USD. Expected dividend income increase for this year is 159 €. We increased our position at Duke Energy by 50 shares @88,84 USD. This will increase expected dividend income by 70 €. We also increased our position at Johnson & Johnson by 17 shares @144,40. This increase should bring us another 30 € dividend income.

On Wednesday we bought 395 shares of Brickworks @15,40 AUD. We are expecting to get around 90 € dividends this year. We increased our position at Main Street Capital by 78 shares @33,51. This one should increase our income by 60 €.

Our last activity this week was to increase position at Sampo by 59 shares @30,61 €. This will not increase our this year dividend income, since Sampo has already paid annual dividends.

This week's activity should add around 530 € to our 2020 target, which is 10% of our goal. Of course the loan will effect to our cashflow in the future, but increased income will cover all the expenses and some of the principal.

Our this week's dividends were 92,51. Not much but at least we got something. We spent time going through different options to invest money. Now we have received total of 296,68 € in June. It seems like that we will fall behind the pace needed for the goal. Good thing is that now we have received more dividends in June than last year in June.
