Lets take a look of our portfolio. Investment funds have remained at same. There is just one reason for that. Remaining investments in funds are in one fund which value is updated only once a year. This update happens later this year. No changes have happened in coop memberships. The investment loan has been repaid according to the plan. And what about effect of the corona-virus to the shares? The value of our stock portfolio has decreased only by 26 426,82 € which is suprisingly little. We expected the drop to be more dramatic. Our net investment portfolio is still substantially larger than year ago. Unfortunately we do not have exact numbers from last year 1st of April saved anywhere, but from next quarter forward we can follow rolling 5 quarters.

And now to this weeks transactions.
We received dividends from following companies:
On 31st of March we received
- 10,24 € from LTC Properties
- 9,56 € from Pepsico
- 19,97 CAD from Transalta Renewables which is 12,79 €
- 19,90 USD from Methanex which is 18,11 €
Inter Pipeline cuts its dividend to 0,04 CAD per share. This will cut our dividend income aproximately by 180 € for 2020.
On 2nd of April we bought 75 shares of Fortum Oyj @13,39 € as shares have dropped below our target level. We have owned Fortum earlier but we sold it when we felt the price was too high. This is good addition to our utilities section, which has been in focus. This strenghtens our portfolio utilities. This will increase our year 2020 dividend income by 61,46 €
On 3rd of April we reinvested some of dividends received and bought 2 shares of MSC Industrial Direct @54,42 USD. This will increase our dividend income by 3,40 €
Then to the summary of the week.
We met the target in March by accumulating total of 445,12 €. And April dividends are now 46,24€. We do not yet know if we reach the goal or not, since many companies have announced the postpones for General Meetings and postponing the dividend payments. Certainly we will not meet the last year April figures. We are not going to be even close.
