3rd and 4th week of September

Last weekend was so hectic that we did not have time for our weekly update. During this two week period, we made a few transactions and received good amount of dividends. 

On 15th Realty Income annouced yet another dividend increase by 0,2%. This will increase our 2022 dividend income approximately by 5,35 €. 

Octopus Bidco made cash offer to buy Ocean Yield stocks at 41 NOK. As the largest owner has already accepted the offer, we reluctantly decided to jump off the wagon and realize the loss without waiting formal resolution.

We made following transactions:

• Bought 3 shares of Sabra Healt Care Reit @15,7156 USD
• Sold 4 shares of Lumen Techologies @12,4987 USD realising loss of 4,81 €
• Sold 14 shares of Prospect Capital Corp @7,5834 USD realising loss of 4,33 €
• Bought 1 share of British American Tobacco @27,05618 £
• Sold 400 shares of Ocean Yield @40,94 NOK, realising loss of 1090,65 €
• Bought 28 shares of Nordea @10,78107 €

We received following dividends:

• 5,92 € from Dominion Energy
• 47,75 € from BlackRock
• 10,76 € from Exchange Income
• 21,12 € from Realty Income
• 29,72 € from Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp
• 70,71 € from Duke Energy
• 43,56 € from Manulife Financial Corp
• 0,21 € from Gladstone Investment Corp BDC
• 3,38 € from Main Street Capital
• 0,60 € from Prospect Capital Corp

Total dividends in this period were 256,36 €.

Second week of September 2021

This week was a solid one. We received good amount dividends and we did some transactions. 

This weeks transactions were:

• Sold 120 AT&T @27,55 USD, realised 333,13 € loss
• Bought 10 British American Tobacco @27,343 £
• Bought 240 Nordea @10,36933 €
• Sold 5 Sampo @43,87600, realised 21,31 € profit
• Bought 24 shares of NN Group @44,49333 €

Now we have closed our position in AT&T. 

Dividendwise the week was also good, we received following dividends:

• 16,06 € from Southern Co
• 24,51 € from NN Group
• 9,60 € from Walgreens Boots Alliance
• 28,82 € from Johnson & Johnson
• 0,71 € from Lumen Technologies
• 17,45 € from ExxonMobil Corp

Total amount of dividends this week was  97,15 €. This is a decent amount for 2nd week of the month, which usually is very weak in our portfolio. 

First Week of September 2021

This week we received last dividends of August and first dividends of September and it was also time to pay our investment loan installments. This time we paid 17,51 € interests and fees and 508,02 € principal.

We made only one purchase this week. We bought 14 shares of  Abbvie @111,05531 USD. This will increase our 2022 dividend income by 12,84 €. Also Verizon annouced dividend increase of 0,0125 USD per share. This will increase our dividend income by 3,53 € in 2022.

On the last day of August we received:

• 13,61 € from LTC Properties
• 37,64 € from Waypoint Reit
• 13,40 € from Transalta Renewables
• 0,26 € from Gladstone Commercial Reit
• 0,50 € from Gladstone Investment Corp BDC
• 0,64 € from Sabra Health Care Reit
  

So we received 399,90 € dividend income in August, which is a bit more than we expected.

On first days of September we received following dividends:

• 0,27 € from Cibus Nordic
• 50,20 € from Canadian Utilities
• 63,37 € from Enbridge Inc

Total amount of dividends in September is now 113,84 €.
